Software That Grows With You
We build intelligent software for the businesses that keep their communities running — practices, clinics, and service teams that care about the people they serve.
Started in Doylestown
Telio was founded in Doylestown, Pennsylvania — a small town in Bucks County with a long history of independent businesses doing things the right way. That’s the kind of customer we wanted to build for.
What we kept seeing was the same picture: hardworking owners and operators stitching their day together across five different tools. One app for scheduling. Another for reminders. A third for reviews. Spreadsheets in between. None of it talked to each other, and the cost — measured in hours, missed appointments, and missed reviews — added up fast.
We set out to build something different. Software intelligent enough to do the busywork on its own, simple enough that any team can adopt it, and connected enough that everything works as one system instead of six.
That mission is the same today as it was on day one. Growth by Design.
Our Values
Six principles that shape every product we ship and every relationship we build.
Scalable
Built for every size of business — from a single-location practice to a multi-site operation. The software grows when you do.
Innovative
We obsess over the features that save real time and real money. If a feature doesn’t earn its place, it doesn’t ship.
Agile
Requirements change. Markets change. Our job is to respond fast — not to lock you into yesterday’s assumptions.
Custom
We work intimately with our customers. Real conversations with real operators shape what we build, not focus groups.
Cutting-Edge
Function leads design — and design doesn’t have to be boring. Software you use every day should feel good to use.
Supported
Extensive support from day one. You won’t get lost in a ticket queue. You’ll get a human who knows your account.
Doylestown, PA — and Beyond
Our home is Doylestown. Our customers run businesses across the country — medical and dental practices, service teams, small-to-mid-sized businesses that want software working for them, not the other way around.
If you’re in Bucks County, come grab a coffee. If you’re anywhere else, the consultation is on Zoom and the welcome is the same.
Software that handles the work you shouldn’t have to do twice — so you can focus on the work only you can do.
